What you receive
Simple path
We listen first, understand what help you need, and identify which facts or documents are needed. The call is introductory and is not the paid written plan.
After you approve the written scope, we review your numbers and current information, hold the working session, and prepare the action brief.
Use the plan on its own, revise the wedding assumptions, or sign a CeremonyVerse destination-planning contract within 30 days after plan delivery and receive the full $300 credit toward your CeremonyVerse planning service fee.
Delivery timing, documents to be reviewed, payment instructions, and any project-specific limits are confirmed in writing before payment.
Yes. Start with a free 30-minute introductory consultation. We use the call to understand the wedding, confirm whether CeremonyVerse serves the destination and wedding type, and explain the appropriate next step. The paid plan begins only after the written scope and payment terms are accepted.
When you sign a CeremonyVerse destination-planning contract within 30 days after the written plan is delivered, the full $300 is credited toward your CeremonyVerse planning service fee. The credit does not apply to resort, venue, vendor, travel, or other third-party charges. If no planning contract is signed within that period, the $300 plan remains a completed standalone service and is non-refundable once work begins.
The plan can compare current written information and identify which options deserve further review. It is not a resort quote, availability confirmation, or booking authorization. A resort should not be selected until its current written proposal, policies, and contract terms are reviewed.
No. The plan uses the couple's own figures and available current documents to identify feasibility questions, pressure points, and next decisions. Resort, vendor, travel, currency, tax, and service-charge changes prevent any responsible guarantee.
The free consultation determines whether CeremonyVerse can help with your needs and whether the Feasibility & Action Plan is the appropriate next step. There is no payment or contract required to submit the inquiry.
