The credit does not apply to resort, venue, vendor, travel, or other third-party charges. If no planning contract is signed within that period, the $300 plan remains a completed standalone service and is non-refundable once work begins.

The final written proposal may change with dates, destination, event count, guest count, site visits, travel, lodging, staffing, complexity, and requested additions. Resort, room, venue, catering, vendor, production, décor, travel-provider, tax, service-charge, permit, insurance, shipping, customs, and other third-party costs are separate unless the signed proposal expressly includes them. Canadian duty, GST or HST, applicable provincial tax, brokerage, and disbursement charges are not included unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
