Destination wedding planning
Choose the level of planning and family support you need
Package details and starting fees are public so you can compare the scope. Your final CeremonyVerse proposal reflects the dates, destination, events, guest count, staffing, travel, complexity, and additions.
Planning date availability is confirmed after the destination, event dates, and required on-site scope are reviewed.

Start with the decision you have in front of you
These routes help you select the right conversation. They do not replace a wedding-specific written scope, proposal, or third-party quote.
You are still choosing a destination or resort
Start with the free consultation
Bring your date range, guest count, ceremony outline, and destination ideas. The first call identifies the next decision without payment or a contract.

Destination Wedding Feasibility & Action Plan
$300
Couples who need a realistic written starting plan before choosing a resort or committing to full planning.
- ✓One private 60-minute working session after the free consultation
- ✓Review of the completed CeremonyVerse budget and guest-cost worksheets
- ✓Review of up to two current resort or planner proposals, if available
- ✓Two guest-count or budget scenarios when they would clarify the decision
When you sign a CeremonyVerse destination-planning contract within 30 days after the written plan is delivered, the full $300 is credited toward your CeremonyVerse planning service fee. The credit does not apply to resort, venue, vendor, travel, or other third-party charges. If no planning contract is signed within that period, the $300 plan remains a completed standalone service and is non-refundable once work begins.
